What's happening?

Two related changes, for two different reasons:

Peachtree Protective Covers

AVAdek has acquired Peachtree Protective Covers, adding their custom canopy, sunshade, and metal panel expertise to the AVAdek family. This is a new addition — and a step toward more capacity and reach across the region.

Perfection Architectural Systems

For the past 8 years, Perfection has operated as Perfection Architectural Systems, an AVAdek, Inc. Company. That relationship isn't new — what's changing is simply the name. Perfection is now operating directly as AVAdek.

Why is this happening?

Acquiring Peachtree expands our fabrication capacity, technical expertise, and geographic reach. Simplifying Perfection's name removes a layer of branding that no longer serves a purpose now that the integration is well established — one name, for the team you've already been working with.

What's not changing

Your day-to-day contacts and project teams
Your active projects, schedules, and pricing
The scope and terms of your existing contracts
The level of service and quality you rely on

Will the company name on my contract or invoice change?

Existing contracts remain with the original entity (Peachtree or Perfection) and are fully valid and enforceable as written — nothing about them needs to be re-signed or renegotiated.

About AVAdek Southeast, LLC

For new projects in the Southeast region, contracts and related paperwork may be issued under AVAdek Southeast, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of AVAdek. This name exists solely for contracting, licensing, and insurance purposes in the region — it is not a separate company, brand, or point of contact. If you see it on a contract or certificate of insurance, it refers to the same AVAdek team you already work with.

What about insurance and bonding?

Existing Peachtree and Perfection insurance coverage remains in place
AVAdek now provides additional corporate support and bonding capacity
Updated certificates of insurance (COIs) are available upon request

Who do I contact with questions?

Reach out to your existing AVAdek, Peachtree, or Perfection representative — your point of contact has not changed. For contract, insurance, or legal-entity questions specifically, your representative can route you to the right resource.
