AVAdek, Inc. Announces Acquisition of PeachtreeProtective Covers
Houston, TX – AVAdek, Inc. (“AVAdek”) ispleased to announce the acquisition of Peachtree ProtectiveCovers, Inc., a leading provider of custom canopies,sunshades and metal panels based in Lithia Springs, GA.
This strategic acquisition expands fabricationcapacity and broadens AVAdek’s footprint acrossthe Southeastern United States. The addition of PeachtreeProtective Covers further strengthens the company’s ability todeliver high-quality solutions while supporting continued growth and increaseddemand across its core markets.
Peachtree Protective Covers,Inc. has established a strong reputation for quality,reliability, and execution. Its capabilitiescomplement AVAdek’s operations, enhancing its ability to take onlarger and more complex projects.

The deal closed in March 2026. Terms of the transactionwere not disclosed.
