AVAdek, Inc. Announces Acquisition of PeachtreeProtective Covers
Houston, TX – AVAdek, Inc. (“AVAdek”) is pleased to announce the acquisition of Peachtree ProtectiveCovers, Inc., a leading provider of custom canopies,sunshades and metal panels based in Lithia Springs, GA.
This strategic acquisition expands fabrication capacity and broadens AVAdek’s footprint across the Southeastern United States. The addition of PeachtreeProtective Covers further strengthens the company’s ability to deliver high-quality solutions while supporting continued growth and increased demand across its core markets.
Peachtree Protective Covers,Inc. has established a strong reputation for quality,reliability, and execution. Its capabilities complement AVAdek’s operations, enhancing its ability to take on larger and more complex projects.

AVAdek was advised by Statesman Corporate Finance, LLC as financial advisor, Nance & Simpson, LLP as legal counsel, Frost Bank as the financing partner, and Bowen, Miclette & Britt as insurance advisor, each supporting the transaction from structuring through closing.
The deal closed in March 2026. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
